What Enterprise includes

Volume seats

Seat pricing that scales from ten evaluators to hundreds. Per-clinician audit trails roll up to a single administrative view. Seat reassignment does not require a re-activation.

Business Associate Agreement

A BAA is available on request for Practice and Enterprise tiers. It covers support tickets, fulfillment data, and any incidental PHI that reaches Foundry SMB LLC. Our upstream processors are covered under their own BAAs.

Data Processing Addendum

GDPR and UK GDPR Data Processing Addendum with Standard Contractual Clauses available for organizations with EU or UK data subjects. Ready to countersign after review.

Dedicated technical contact

A named engineer on our side who knows your deployment. Onboarding walkthrough, escalation path, and quarterly check-ins. Critical issues have a two-hour response target during support hours.

Procurement paperwork

MSA, DPA, BAA, security questionnaire, insurance certificates, and vendor-intake forms handled. Purchase orders, ACH, and wire accepted. Net 30 terms available for organizations with a verified credit profile.

Role-Based Access Control (v1.1)

Enforced at every internal boundary. Three roles: clinician, reviewer, admin. Every action logged with caller role. Procurement-ready permission matrix.

Setup

Enterprise agreements include a one-time setup fee.

The setup fee covers contract review, BAA and DPA execution, a kickoff with your technical contact, and provisioning of seat tokens for the initial user list. Monthly seat cost is separate and invoiced in the billing cycle you choose.
